Amboina (アンボイナ), known in English as Spiralle, is an ANB-type Medabot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Description[]
Spiralle is an offense-oriented Medabot based on a geography cone, a highly venomous species of cone shell snail.
Both Spiralle's Japanese name, Amboina and his ANB-model number come from the Japanese name for geography cones, anboina-gai (アンボイナガイ) or "Amboina shell". This itself comes from Ambon Island, Indonesia where the shells are native. His name was changed to Spiralle in the English version of Medarot 2 Core.
In the games[]
Spiralle is a wheeled-type Medabot that specializes in "Sword" attacks. Because of this, he's most compatible with the Kuwagata Medal.
In Medarot 2[]
Exclusive to the Kuwagata version of the game, Spiralle is obtained as a reward for completing the Medabot Island challenge. The same applies in the Medarot 2 Core remake.
In Medarot R[]
During the Medarot R Part Collection, Spiralle is obtained by fighting Kenbakku, who is ranked opponent number 21.
