Medarot 2 (manga), Promo cards

Rappy (ラピ) is an RAP-type Medabot that first appeared in Medarot 2.

Description[]

Rappy

Rappy artwork.

Rappy is a small flying Medabot that serves as the mascot for Medabot Island's theme park and as a result, is one of the most popular Medabots around. He is usually seen with young women. Rappy's body is mostly light blue and shaped like a stuffed animal with a round face and pointed ears. He holds a large pink balloon in each hand, although his ability to fly is actually provided by his legs.

In the games[]

Rappy is a flying-type Medabot with powerful "Sacrifice" attacks on his Arm Parts. In Medarot 2 and R, his Head Part has the "Force Up" action, allowing him to partially fill an ally's Medaforce gauge. In the Medarot 2 Core remake, this was changed to "Force Drain", allowing Rappy to drain his opponent's Medaforce gauge in order to restore his own.

In Medarot 2[]

Although he appears as an NPC on Medabot Island, Rappy is one of the game's "secret" Medabots that can only be obtained by either entering passwords (576699, 57A699, 576A99 and 57AA99), or trading from the Medarot 2 Parts Collection game. The passwords for Rappy's parts were first revealed on a card that came with limited edition copies of Medarot 2.

In Medarot R[]

Rappy is obtainable from the Part Collection by fighting Mutsuki, who is ranked opponent number 80.

In Medarot 2 Core[]

Since the password mechanic was removed in Medarot 2 Core, Rappy became a regularly obtainable Medabot. He can be found in random encounters with young girl Medafighter in Medaropolis.
