Gaufbullet (ゴーフバレット), known in English as Noctobat, is a BAT-type Medabot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Unlike his predeccesor, CoffinBat, Noctobat attacks using "Anti-Air Missiles". His Arm Parts are missile carriers and he has manipulator hands on his Leg Part. Aside from that, Noctobat is a rather weak Medabot, but if wisely used, he can be a threatening "Anti-Air" attacker.
In the games
In Medarot 2
Noctobat is the primary Medabot used by the Rubberobo Gang uses, which is quite weak even for their standards. He can also be bought at the convenience store in Ikki's hometown. Noctobat uses shooting "Anti-Air" attacks.
In Medarot 2 Core
In the remake, Noctobat reprises his role as the Rubberobo Gang's weak link. He can also still be bought in the convenience store in Ikki's town.
In Medarot DS
Noctobat's series number had been changed to BAT01-M. His Head part has also been renamed Echolocate (エコロケ) and instead of "Anti-Air", Noctobat now uses "Stealth".
In the anime
Hundreds of Noctobats serve as foot soldiers for the Rubberobo Gang.
In "Ban All Medabots," the Rubberobo Gang used the Noctobats to attack Ikki Tenryou's school. The students used their Medabots to fight the Noctobats where the fight reminded an elderly teacher about the war. While some Noctobats were taken down, some of them defeated Cyandog and Totalizer. Rokusho arrived and broke up the fight where he suggested that representatives on each side should battle it out which led to Ikki's Metabee and the Principal's Samurai fighting against the Rubberobo Gang's two Landmotors.
