Medabots (anime)

Orkamar, known in Japanese as Marine Killer (マリンキラー), is a KIL-type Medabot that first appeared in Medarot 2.

Description[]

Orkamar is a Medabot whose design is based off of a killer whale.

In the games[]

Orkamar is an aquatic-type Medabot specialized in melee combat, using Wave attacks that inflict opponents with the "Hold" status. As all his parts have the "Bind" attribute, Orkamar is most compatible with the Squid Medal.

Medarot 2[]

Orkamar is obtainable by robattling seamen at the harbors, but he is also obtainable from stray male aquatic-type Medabots in certain areas. This also applies to the GBA remake.

Medabots AX[]

Orkamar can only be obtained in the Rokusho Version.

Medarot S: Unlimited Nova[]

He was included in the common gacha on November 2023. His model number was updated to KIL00, the Wave from his left arm was upgraded to Hyper Wave, and his leg parts gained the effect Continual P. His left arm is now considered a Heavy part, and his leg parts have a Heavy Limit of 1 to support it.

Anime Orkamar

In the anime.

In the Medabots anime, Orkamar is the partner Medabot and long time friend from Belmont, the leader of Team Iceland. In A Date with Destiny, Team Iceland Robattled with Team Kenya in the semi-finals and lost. Due to a new corrupt World Robattle Cup rule, he had his Medal taken away after being defeated by Victor's Warbandit, and Victor later gave his Medal to Seaslug.

In the Japanese version of the staff roll from the last episode, an Orkamar and a Mokusei Dai-Oh are seen when Ikki and his friends retrieved several stolen Medals from Seaslug, implying that they are the Medals from Belmont and Čapek, so they were returned to their Medafighters.

In the English dub, Orkamar's model number is KIL-11912. In the Japanese version, he is voiced by Yūjin Aoki (credited as Yūji Kosuge in the anime).
