|Medarot 1, Medarot 2, Medarot R, Medarot 2 Core, Medabots (anime), Medarot Card Game|
Escarloader (エスカルローダー), English name Snailoader, is an INT-type Medabot that first appeared in the original Medarot game.
True to his name, Snailoader is based on a snail, with eyes on stalks and a spiral shell-type design on his leg parts. His legs have wheels on the bottom, allowing him to move with a smooth motion like a real snail, although much faster. In battle, Snailoader is able to increase the speed of both himself and his allies by charging them with electric energy.
In the games
Snailoader is a wheeled Medabot with Boost Charge actions on his head and arms. His legs are amongst the fastest available, and by using Boost Charge, he can increase his speed even further. Although Snailoader has no attacking parts, his legs make him reasonably good with shooting attacks.
All of Snailoader's parts have the Time attribute, making him very compatible with the Rabbit Medal.
In Medarot 1
Snailoader's parts can be obtained from random robattles, or bought from a convenience store at the Medal Excavation Site.
In Medarot 2
Unlike in Medarot 1, Snailoader's parts are not normally obtainable in Medarot 2, and must be transferred over from the previous game. His position as a Boost Charge specialist was instead filled by Rockflower.
